TIP #1 – if you get rejected for a job is to BE POSITIVE!
As hard as this may be, it is essential you are positive, you are upbeat and you respond to the employer or the hiring manager in a certain way, which I will cover soon in this video.
TIP #2 – is to remember that getting rejected is NOT A REFLECTION OF YOUR ABILITIES.
It might be that the employer already had someone else lined up for the job.
It might be that you just had an off-day, or you were not the type of person they were looking for at that particular time.
So, do not get down or dejected. Instead, follow these 2 steps:
STEP #1 – Say THANK YOU to the hiring manager!
This is a very important thing to do. If you thank the interviewer or the hiring manager for giving you the opportunity, it shows you are very professional, and it also shows them that they have potentially missed out on somebody special for the role.

STEP #2 – write down a list of things you think you could have done better for your next interview.

You might say just one thing during your interview that puts the hiring manager off from hiring you.
• Do not be negative about former employers, managers, or co-workers under any circumstances!
• Do not say you left your job because you didn’t agree with the direction the company was heading, or there was a toxic work environment!
• Do not say you don’t have the experience to do the job! Remember, positivity attracts positivity.

• Look into their products and services.
• Follow them on social media and look at their latest news stories or posts!

Q1. What would you need me to focus on in the role within the first 30 days of starting if I am successful?
Q2. Who is your greatest competitor and what could I do in the role to help you better them?
Q3. What advice would you give to the successful candidate who wants to succeed in the role?
