This video details my (not entirely successful) experiment at drying dandelion petals.

I had in mind that they might turn out to be something that imparts a strong yellow colour and so could be used in similar applications to saffron (albeit without the saffron flavour) – it didn’t quite work out that way, but I think it was interesting nonetheless.
